Need help figuring out what's for dinner this week? Visit the huge - HUGE - link up of weekly meal plans over at Orgjunkie; taking a few minutes to plan your dinners for the week will save you time, money, and most of all, STRESS!! ;-)

I'm already ahead of the game this week; I cooked (2) dinners this past Friday and froze them as part of my new weekly feature, Double Duty Dinners. To read my post and get the recipes + instructions, click here.

We also have another Fish Fry on Friday - spendy, but the profits benefit our school's athletic association so it's worth the cost - and a dinner out with my parents on Saturday. I feel I barely have to cook this week...and I like that feeling!!

Here's what we're having!

Mini Meatloaves, Twice-Baked Potatoes, and Glazed Carrots
{Double Duty Dinner #1}

Homemade Pizza with Copycat LaRosa's Sauce and Bread Machine Copycat Pizza Hut Crust

Lasagna Rollups
{Double Duty Dinner #2}

Leftover Makeover {LOMO}, Edition 2

(Oh me, oh my, whatever will it be?? Come back and check it out; I'll have a Mr. Linky up this week for you to link your own LOMO post this week - yippee!}

Fish Fry @ Church

Out for dinner (thanks Mom & Dad!)

Mushroom Pot Roast + Egg Noodles and Broccoli
{I add a packet of Au Jus mix to this to make the gravy extra beefy; you can also add a beef bouillon cube.}

No grocery list this week; the groceries needed for the Double Duty Dinners are listed in the directions on that post.

For the rest of the meals, I need so little that I'm wondering just what I'll be buying at Kroger tomorrow! I guess I'll just plan on stockpiling some of the goodies from the 10 Item Mega Event!

I hope you have a great week of meals planned - and if you haven't tried implementing meal planning for the dinners you'll be eating this week, give it a shot. You'll save money (because you'll know what you need to make dinner and can take advantage of the sales each week) and time (no wondering and wondering what to put on the table), and most of all, the 5:00 pm what's-for-dinner?!-stress-fest!

Thanks for reading and subscribing to The New Frugal Mom!
