Time to scan your pantry and freezer, skim your grocery ad, check your calendar, and plan your menu for the week! You can save time, money, and stress if you invest twenty minutes to plan your dinners each week. Need help? Go visit the mega-meal planning linkup over at Orgjunkie.com, Meal Plan Monday!

This week kicks off both softball practice for my daughter and t-ball practice for my oldest son, meaning lots of busy nights ahead. Time to give my Crockpot a permanent home on my kitchen counter for the next few months!

I don't need much at Kroger this week; time to munch through what I've got stashed in the freezer and save some $$ for Easter dinner shopping.

Here's my plan for the week:

Frozen Pizza + Salad
(We've got two practices tonight -- easy is the plan of the day!)

Honey Fried Chicken + mashed potatoes + veggies
(I was sick this weekend and didn't get a chance to make this on Sunday; moving it to this weekend.)

Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker + Rice

LOMO {Leftover Makeover}
I've got leftover sloppy joe filling that I'll be working my LOMO magic on; come back and see what I concoct!!

Grilled Cheese + Fish Sticks + Tomato Soup
(Finishing off the Lenten Friday foods I have on hand.)

Free Night!!

Cheesy Italian Tortellini a la Crockpot + salad

    I'm going to have to try that Italian Kielbasa in the crock pot, that sounds good. I got polish sausage on rollback at WM plus coupons so I think we'll do that one tomorrow since we have parent teacher conferences. Thanks!

    Sounds like a yummy week you've planned; especially the island kielbasa.

    I'm thinking the Island Kielbasa sounds yummy, too. I'll let you know how it goes and how the kiddos like it!
