Kroger doubles coupons to a maximum doubled value of $1.00 (coupons $0.50-$0.99 double to $1.00 face value).

For this week's 10 Item Mega Event (which runs through November 8, 2009), there are SEVERAL items that are included in the event that are NOT in the ad. If you're looking for the best coupon matchups for this sale event, check out:

Kroger ad matchup 10/26 @MommySnacks.com

Unadvertised Mega Event items @MommySnacks.com

Unadvertised Mega Event items @StretchingABuck

Those items should also be on sale at your Kroger as well; you'll see the Mega Event sale tags on the shelves.

As for how many items you can buy per transaction, some Mega Event sales do have a limit of (2) or (3) rewards per transaction (meaning 20 or 30 particpating items). This Mega Event does NOT so you can get all your deals in one big transaction.

All your participating items on your receipt will be noted with a plus sign to the right of the item that looks like this:

(+)

That way you can easily scan your receipt and make sure all your participating items were included.

I hope this helps and feel free to ask questions! Even if I can't get in here to answer, hopefully another reader will chime in with their experience/knowledge. ;-)

Have a great day!Marianne Thomashttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02657624957929650534noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-569688858142828321.post-67104255868201707542009-10-31T07:30:52.568-07:002009-10-31T07:30:52.568-07:00One more question - can I buy 20 items in 1 transa...One more question - can I buy 20 items in 1 transaction and have them take 10 dollars off? Do you mind if I ask a few questions?

I looked in the ad and there's a lot of stuff not mentioned that I've seen other people buy (by looking through blogs, anyway). Like the playtex gloves? It's not mentioned in my ad but I see people have bought them. Also, surf & snuggle? Do you think they are on sale at my store, too?

Hmm. Thanks!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-569688858142828321.post-71364423096791241682009-10-28T14:09:41.793-07:002009-10-28T14:09:41.793-07:00Wow - you got some amazing deals. I'm in the Cincinnati area; I don't know if all regions do this.

Hope that helps!Marianne Thomashttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02657624957929650534noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-569688858142828321.post-48508856547960168962009-10-27T11:23:27.660-07:002009-10-27T11:23:27.660-07:00How did you know your Kroger was having a special ...How did you know your Kroger was having a special Halloween candy sale?
